EC GROWTH TRACK
The EC Growth Track guides you to discover your redemptive purpose and live the life God created for you. The Growth Track is made up of three steps. 1) Connect to the church. 2) Discover the strengths of your purposeful design through spiritual development. 3) Receive personal discipleship, mentoring, and leadership teaching from Pastor Daren Carstens.

Step 1
Become a Member
Connect with Enjoy Church and discover the ins and outs of the church, learn details about beliefs, leadership, church government, how we handle money, and how we intentionally organize our church. You will also have the opportunity to become an Enjoy Church member.
Step 2
Discover Your Design
Dive into the details of your personality, discover your gifts, and begin the journey of discovering your purpose in life and how you can make a difference in the lives of others. This step has several classes.
Step 3
Leadership Training
Receive personal discipleship, mentoring, and leadership teaching from Pastor Daren Carstens.
